Mercedes Benz Service A

It is recommended that your first service visit happens at around 10,000 miles or one year. You will choose based on which of those occurs first. Then, following that first appointment, your next service should occur at about 20,000 miles or two years after the initial appointment.

The following items are included in Service A*:

  • Synthetic motor oil replacement
  • Synthetic motor oil filter replacement
  • Fluid level checks and corrections
  • Tire inflation check and correction
  • Brake component inspection

These basic items are to be conducted at 10,000-mile intervals or on alternating years. The following is an example of Service A intervals:

  • Year 1/10,000 miles
  • Year 3/30,000 miles
  • Year 5/50,000 miles
  • Year 7/70,000 miles
  • Year 9/90,000 miles

Mercedes Benz Service B

Your first Service B appointment should occur at about 20,000 miles or one year after your first completed service. Then, following that initial appointment, you should be scheduling your following appointments every 20,000 miles or two years after the first appointment. Your Service B items will be more extensive than your Service A items.

The following items are included in Service B:

  • Fluid level checks and corrections
  • Tire inflation check and correction
  • Cabin dust/combination filter replacement
